The Transparency Act, Access to Public Information and Good Governance (LTBG) provides what information public authorities must publish for the information of citizens. All this information is contained in the Transparency Portal.
In addition to the information posted on the Transparency Portal, citizens can exercise their Right of Access . This new law guarantees the possibility of carrying out consultations on data and public information.
The right of access may be limited in cases under the Act, including: national security, defense, economic and monetary policy, for the protection of personal data, etc.
Why should I identify myself?
The exercise of the right of access to the administration opens an administrative procedure requires identification of the applicant.
How it works
You can exercise your right to access the following steps:

1. ID
You will be redirected to Cl@ve authentication system allowing you to select the identification mode that is most comfortable.

2. Request
Once identified, you redirect a form through which you can make your inquiry.

3. Review and sending
You will show your request for complete information and, if satisfied, may proceed to shipment. Otherwise you can modify.

4. Confirmation
If your request has been sent correctly, a message will be displayed indicating this.
Remember you will be redirected to page cl@ve system, where you can choose how to communicate with public administrations.
